Job Description

• Assist with the maintenance and organization of the Lawmaker Profile Library • Support updates to the Cancer Action Day Toolkit to ensure accuracy and usability for advocates • Participate in and assist with planning sessions for state legislative campaigns • Develop materials and resources aimed at increasing the effectiveness of legislative campaigns • Collaborate with Senior Managers to provide operational support to state Grassroots Managers

Job Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with legislative or policy-related work is a plus
Experience with Every Action and Quorum is preferred but not required
Full-time student, completed freshman year of college
Minimum of a B average (cumulative 3.0 on 4.0 scale)
Plan to continue education in the following term/semester
