This position is responsible for the overall performance and policy compliance of multiple operations within a designated geographic region, driving enterprise initiatives and tracking operational progress against business plans. Key duties include direct accountability for Profit & Loss performance, monitoring financial scorecards, managing customer relationships, and leading human capital development for Market General Managers.
Drive profitable unit growth by identifying, qualifying, and landing new B2B customers across distributor, jobber, and national account channels. Build territory plans, mentor distributor sales teams, manage pipelines in Salesforce.com, coordinate with account management, and travel frequently to secure and grow accounts while communicating product value and ensuring customer satisfaction.
