Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of project management experience
- Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS/AI software implementations
- Experience with waterfall & agile required
- Proven leadership ability (management not required)
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Prior external client-facing experience required
- Understanding of project commercials including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing
- Professional experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting preferred
- Independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Some travel required

The Project Manager will own tracking of all ongoing performance creative and campaign initiatives across product pods, managing timelines and helping prioritize what ships based on launch calendars and growth impact. This role involves acting as a bridge between Performance Marketing and various internal teams like Product Marketing Managers and Design, ensuring clear briefs and organized creative queues.
The intern will assist the PMO team with requirements gathering, project planning, and reporting activities, while also helping to standardize project management templates and procedures across the organization. Key tasks include maintaining project information in tools like Smartsheet, participating in meetings, and supporting the creation of status reports for stakeholders.
