Project Manager overseeing client implementations in a Telecom environment

The role involves partnering with project teams to build and maintain resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules across various delivery models, supporting projects from planning through closeout with a focus on critical path management. Responsibilities include developing CPM schedules, integrating inputs from all project phases, producing key performance metrics, and conducting various schedule analyses like risk and time-impact assessments.

The Project Manager will own tracking of all ongoing performance creative and campaign initiatives across product pods, managing timelines and helping prioritize what ships based on launch calendars and growth impact. This role involves acting as a bridge between Performance Marketing and various internal teams like Product Marketing Managers and Design, ensuring clear briefs and organized creative queues.

The intern will assist the PMO team with requirements gathering, project planning, and reporting activities, while also helping to standardize project management templates and procedures across the organization. Key tasks include maintaining project information in tools like Smartsheet, participating in meetings, and supporting the creation of status reports for stakeholders.
