• Join our dynamic team as an Analyst II on our Clinical Research Informatics team • Leverage technology to support advancement of clinical research management functions in Epic • Support access to tools in Epic to address compliance risk, increase transparency and safety • Support operational efficiency and effectiveness, and enhance recruitment of research participants • Develop expertise in end-user workflows and partner with researchers, clinicians, and Information Services teams • Support training, system updates, and ongoing operational needs • Lead the development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and educational resources • Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support for successful adoption of Epic Research applications • Troubleshoot issues, identify workflow improvements, and maintain documentation for efficient, user-centered research operations.
