Role Description
The Account Coordinator is an early-career execution and operational support role focused on building strong paid media fundamentals, accuracy, and professional confidence. You'll support execution across 6–10 accounts, working alongside Account Strategists and Account Managers to keep campaigns running smoothly, data clean, and deliverables on track. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role designed for individuals who take pride in getting things right and are eager to build a career in paid media from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
- Build campaigns, ad sets, and ad copy under strategist guidance; execute basic optimizations across Google and Meta Ads
- Pull daily/weekly performance data, maintain change logs, and support pacing and budget tracking
- Request, upload, and traffic creative assets into platforms following naming conventions
- QA campaign setups, tracking links, UTMs, and conversions for accuracy
- Keep task management tools, timelines, and documentation organized and up to date
- Flag issues early, follow documented processes, and communicate task status proactively
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (internships count)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Microsoft Ads
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- Proactive communicator who flags issues early
- Eager to build deep paid media expertise
