Job Requirements
- Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage assigned tasks as an Associate Product Manager with minimal oversight
- Foundational understanding of product management principles, tools, and practices
- Strong organizational skills, including task planning, documentation, and timeline tracking
- Effective communication skills for engaging team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and support timely decision‑making
- Experience maintaining accurate project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes)
- Proven reliability and trustworthiness; consistently prepared and able to follow through on commitments
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and project conditions
- Basic understanding of risk, scope, and quality management concepts

The Associate Product Manager will support small-scale products within a government contract, working alongside senior Product/Program Managers for professional development. Key duties involve assisting with project planning, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and managing risks and scope.
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate contractors for construction, remodels, and site improvements, supporting QSR and large-scale company initiatives like paving and equipment rollouts. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and leading cross-departmental project teams through the entire project life cycle.
