Job Description
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in collections
- 1+ year of experience in a telephonic customer service environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & Access
- Strong computer navigation & typing skills
- Previous knowledge of Medicare Part D and Medicaid
- Previous experience with internal Omnicare systems
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
- Previous understanding of Accounts Receivable
- High school diploma or GED
