Role Description
The Account Director leads major client relationships and shapes long-term strategic direction across integrated marketing programs. This role manages financial performance, oversees internal and external collaboration, negotiates contracts, supports new business efforts, and mentors account teams to ensure high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of account leadership experience in an agency environment
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts or portfolios
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic-thinking skills
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and relationship management for large client portfolios
- Manage forecasting, budget oversight, and financial performance
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and scope development
- Partner with New Business team on RFPs, proposals, and proformas
- Present confidently at client meetings and industry events
- Apply data, insights, and market trends to strategic recommendations
- Mentor and develop Account Supervisors, Managers, and Coordinators
- Ensure alignment across Media, Creative, Content, PM, and Digital
- Identify opportunities for growth within portfolios
- Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
