What You’ll Do

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing support

  • Maintain accurate documentation while following compliance standards

  • Use digital systems and tools to manage appointments and client records efficiently
