Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

  • Role: Sales Development Representative
  • Monthly Rate: $1100
  • Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week
  • Time Zone: EST timezone

Qualifications

  • Prior SDR/BDR experience with US markets
  • Proven track record booking meetings from outbound campaigns
  • Familiarity with common CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Industry research skills and ability to understand ICPs and pain points
  • Experience adapting to multiple clients/verticals

Requirements

  • Strong English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work US hours (Eastern Time)
  • Process discipline and consistency with reporting
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Professionalism aligned with Asad’s standards
  • Prior experience using a CRM

Industry/Tools Experience

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
  • CRM: any CRM experience; likely HubSpot, possibly Salesforce
  • Dialer: automated dialer (specific platform to be trained)
  • Data tools: SalesIntel / Apollo / ZoomInfo type enrichment tools (training and access provided)
