Zensar is looking for a Program Manager in the United States (%100 Remote). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

 

About the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• 12–15+ years of experience in IT project/program management within fintech, BFSI, payments, or digital platforms.

• Strong technical background (hands‑on past experience in development, architecture, or integrations preferred).

• Expertise in software delivery models: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall hybrid.

• Strong understanding of fintech domains such as payments, core banking, digital channels, lending, or financial compliance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Experience in managing multimillion‑dollar technical programs.
