• Gather and collect data from multiple and varied internal and external sources, such as performance reports, benchmarks, market research, transactions volumes, etc.

• Analyze collected data and place into a format easily understood by others

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams and the digital team to interpret data trends and patterns as they relate to digital banking, determine areas of improvement in relation to data

• Ensure digital procedures are kept current, including daily maintenance of the digital systems; evaluate existing operational procedures for efficiency improvements.    

• Tackle multiple projects, aggressive deadlines, competing priorities and a broad stakeholder audience.

• Exception management of digital bots and quality assurance testing.

• Navigate multiple systems to professionally perform service tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain understanding of all digital processes and systems including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, and Online Account Opening.

• Develop and implement training resources for all digital channels
