Job Description

• Develop and execute the Market Area Strategic Business Plan • Build a pipeline of prospective franchisees to meet conversion and new construction goals • Manage internal relations and contract/approval processes • Assist franchisees with financial programs and site selection • Collaborate with Franchise Services and brand leaders to ensure brand compliance and deal quality • Conduct competitive and SWOT analyses and adjust strategies accordingly • Build industry relationships and represent Choice Hotels at events and trade shows

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful hospitality franchise sales or hotel development experience preferred
  • Alternatively, significant business-to-business sales experience with complex, high-value transactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent experience accepted
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • CRM application experience preferred
