- Create and manage highly personalized multi-channel campaigns including intent-driven messaging, personalized digital experiences, paid media, email sequences, events, and direct outreach support.
- Build and maintain account intelligence dashboards, integrating data from CRM, ABM, and intent platforms to guide targeting and personalization.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across partner initiatives with clear ROI accountability.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of account engagement, pipeline health, and conversion outcomes to continuously optimize partner ABM effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with content, product marketing, digital, and sales enablement teams.
- Stay ahead of ABM best practices, martech capabilities, and evolving buyer journey strategies.
- Work with Marketing ops to identify tools that help us gather and use intent signals, pipeline influence, and other personalization tactics to drive account velocity.

- Ability to manage events, webinars, and multi-touch partner programs end-to-end.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment while bringing clarity and process.
- A builder’s mindset: scrappy, fast, iterative, and highly organized.
Benefits
