Role Description

Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Creative Coordinator to join our thriving team! You will be a professional, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic, proactive, and positive. This role is about staying on top of multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining a high degree of attention to detail to achieve better results.

What You'll Do

  • Ad Library & Database Management: Maintain ad libraries and ensure databases of top headers, ad text, and headlines are consistently up to date.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist with reporting tasks, including Creative Insights reports, QBRs, and verifying data accuracy across various systems.
  • Operational Support: Assist with data entry, formatting, entering screenshots, and maintaining the accuracy of client information databases.
  • Project Coordination: Provide assistance project managing new client launches and collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines.
  • Systems & Admin: Assist with the migration to Notion, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare minutes.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the digital media industry, particularly social media advertising (User-Generated Content, Direct-to-Consumer).
  • Proven experience providing administrative support to various departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expert multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and complete projects within tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency using Google Suite applications and experience with customer/client database management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a high degree of proactivity.

Requirements

  • This is a contract position but will be 40 hours+ per week, paid on an hourly basis (billed monthly via contractor invoicing).
  • We are a global, remote team. While we are flexible, we ask for overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication.
