Role Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to launch and grow your own consulting business. Leveraging a fully remote work model, you will transition from traditional employment to entrepreneurship under a proven business framework.

Note: You will operate as a partner, not an employee. You will utilize our exclusive partnerships with major cruise lines and travel vendors to build your own brand, client list, and revenue stream.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality & Tourism: Former hotel managers, concierge staff, or travel agents ready to transition into a remote, high-level coordination role.
  • High-Volume Sales: Results-driven professionals comfortable managing a pipeline and closing service agreements.
  • Client Relations & Customer Success: Individuals who have managed professional accounts or served as a dedicated point of contact.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: High-level EAs or Project Coordinators skilled in logistics and calendar management.
  • Service-Based Entrepreneurs: Self-starters with experience working on a contract or commission basis.

  • Self-discipline, results-orientation, and customer empathy.
  • Strong verbal communication and organizational abilities.
  • Foundational interest in sales and tourism.
  • Must be an adult resident of the USA or Mexico.
