Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow enterprise AI/ML accounts while ensuring customer success and operational excellence. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical delivery teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You will oversee complex projects involving AI data workflows, including annotation, supervised fine-tuning, and multilingual operations, while supporting commercial discussions and strategic account planning. The position emphasizes client engagement, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is ideal for professionals with program management experience in AI/ML data services who enjoy balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. Success in this role directly impacts both customer outcomes and the growth of enterprise partnerships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned AI/ML enterprise accounts, developing strong executive-level relationships.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality outcomes in data curation, annotation, model evaluation, and AI safety/alignment services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT), retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and coordinate future project planning with clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Go-To-Market teams on account strategy and support contract renewals or commercial discussions.
  • Monitor and track SLAs, KPIs, and quality frameworks to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in program or delivery management, ideally in Remote Crowd or AI/ML data operations projects.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML data services, model development lifecycle, and data annotation platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple complex accounts and engaging with enterprise procurement teams.
  • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Preferred: Experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI model evaluation, global delivery teams, or multilingual data operations.
