  • Experience in travel, guest services, tourism, or luxury hospitality is not mandatory as full training is provided.

Requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for luxury destination and high-priority client service accounts.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between global vendors and clients to ensure 100% itinerary accuracy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to "level up" the clients journey, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Manage multiple coordination tasks simultaneously with professional poise, speed, and accuracy.
