Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required (Labor, Human Resources, Communications, Leadership Development, or related field)
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in labor and employee relations, including NLRB election campaigns and/or labor contract negotiations
- Proven experience advising leaders on strategy and supporting execution in complex environments
- Strong executive presence and business acumen
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Consultative mindset with a focus on partnership and outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with senior leaders
- Comfort managing multiple, concurrent client engagements
- Adaptability and agility in high-pressure, dynamic environments
- Spanish-speaking a plus
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual consulting environment
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites nationwide
- Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free remote work environment
