Job Description
Digital Transformation & Technology Consultant
Location: Remote (US) Type: Contract (project-based, 6-18 months) Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience (high-end for PE consulting) Overview: Guide PE portfolio companies through digital modernization, IT optimization, cybersecurity enhancements, data/analytics implementation, and technology-enabled value creation to boost efficiency and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current IT/digital infrastructure and identify transformation opportunities.
- Lead initiatives in cloud migration, ERP implementation, data analytics, AI/ML adoption, and cybersecurity improvements.
- Drive digital roadmaps aligned with operational and growth objectives.
- Quantify ROI from tech investments and support change management.
- Partner with portfolio CIOs/CTOs and PE value creation teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in digital transformation, IT consulting, or technology advisory, with PE/portfolio company experience.
- Expertise in areas like cybersecurity, data & analytics, cloud technologies, or ERP systems.
- Track record of delivering measurable value in PE-backed environments.
- Strong understanding of how technology drives operational efficiency and EBITDA growth.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
