Job Description

• Partner with Capture and Sales to shape win strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and clearly articulate value propositions. • Lead cross-functional teams (SMEs, writers, editors) through the entire process, managing schedules, resources, and performance. • Translate solicitation requirements into compliant outlines and compelling content while ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations. • Oversee writing, editing, pricing alignment, and final packaging/delivery. • Support post-submission clarifications/orals and lead lessons-learned reviews to refine templates and processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum of ten years of experience in federal government proposal development
Minimum of ten years of experience understanding of FAR and other relevant regulations
Minimum of ten years of experience demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Membership in professional organizations related to proposal management (e.g., APMP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and proposal management software.
Travel may be required for training, conferences, or client visits.
U.S. Citizenship is required
