Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Create customized domestic and international vacation packages, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, tours, and specialty travel

  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business

  • Present personalized travel proposals and confidently close bookings

  • Manage reservations, documentation, invoicing, and communication from start to finish

  • Recommend upgrades, enhancements, and curated experiences to maximize client satisfaction

  • Stay informed on destination trends, supplier promotions, and industry updates
