Analyst, Care Planner Behavioral Health providing behavioral health care management support

The Contract Analyst reviews vendor invoices against contract structures and governing agreements to identify out-of-contract spend and erroneous charges, assembling documentation for resulting claims. This role involves close collaboration with the client’s Accounting Department and Supply Chain staff to explain identified issues and recommend solutions.

The analyst will focus on ensuring integrations meet financial and operational expectations by building dashboards, tracking synergies, managing data rooms, and preparing executive readouts for rapid decision-making. Key tasks include maintaining synergy trackers, quantifying impact, linking operational milestones to value capture, and partnering with FP&A to track progress versus the plan.

This role acts as the primary liaison for third-party title vendors, managing and overseeing FHA and VA post-sale title processing to ensure compliance and timely execution. Key duties include monitoring vendor performance via scorecards and compiling detailed reports on title operations and process efficiency.
