Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Ad Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of digital media campaigns. You will be responsible for trafficking deliverables and coordinating with various teams to meet our clients' needs. With a focus on analytical approaches and attention to detail, you will have a significant impact by managing campaign performance while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills as you work alongside media vendors and cross-functional teams to guarantee campaign success.

  • Leads management of trafficking deliverables for assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborates with Media planners on organizing and executing successful campaigns based on client KPIs.
  • Partners with client Account teams to manage creative deliverables and goals for each campaign.
  • Liaises with Media vendors to ensure the successful launch and monitoring of campaigns.
  • Completes all necessary processes with the Ad Ops Team to run campaigns effectively.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Account team, Media planners, and Media vendors.
  • Leads the completion of data for monthly reporting and manages media budgets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in an office environment.
  • 3+ years’ media/agency experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of customer service and client management.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 and related tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of campaign management from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
