• Own assigned Professional services and IT spend categories; assess market dynamics, benchmarks, and savings levers; build and execute sourcing strategies aligned to stakeholder goals. • Run end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles and down-select vendors. • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations (pricing, rate cards, milestones, SLAs, service credits, EULA terms, data privacy, security exhibits, and renewals). • Partner with Legal/InfoSec/Privacy to finalize MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs, and ensure compliance. • Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and improved TCO; validate and document benefits with Finance. • Execute vendor due diligence, performance scorecards, QBRs, and corrective action plans; support rapid supplier onboarding. • Rationalize licenses, right-size entitlements, and avoid shelf-ware; optimize term lengths, uplift caps, and renewals calendars. • Translate business needs into sourcing plans; facilitate decision meetings; provide clear market intel and options trade-offs. • Maintain sourcing pipeline, dashboards, and contract repositories; ensure clean data for audit and reporting.
