Master's Level, Pre-Licensed Outpatient Clinician in MASSACHUSETTS
The Women’s Center is seeking Pre-licensed, Master’s level clinicians with a degree in Mental Health Counseling who are working toward independent licensure as an LMHC in Massachusetts to join our supportive and collaborative team.
Clinicians provide outpatient telehealth therapy to a diverse client base, inclusive of women and gender-diverse clients. We offer a strong focus on training, supervision, and professional development, supporting clinicians as they grow toward licensure, career advancement, and continued growth within our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
- Therapy and Counseling: Provide individual therapy to clients based on their specific needs and treatment goals.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure: Pre-licensed, master’s level clinicians actively working toward LMHC or LICSW licensure in Massachusetts. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health.
- Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
