We built Finni Health with a passion for empowering BCBAs to start their own practice. We are searching for new practice owners who want to join us in democratizing access to autism care.
We recognize that BCBAs have been taken advantage of by clinics for so long, and there needs to be a solution to help them fulfill their passion for ABA. Our vision is that by mixing the best software with world-class providers, we will create an all-in-one solution to support every BCBA who wants to deliver meticulous care to families.
We're seeking a provider to help them build their behavioral therapy practice. The practice can be focussed on a local market or service remote clients in other states. As a practice owner, you will work with us to set up your own practice from the ground up and help us set the foundation for empowering all BCBAs nationwide!

What the role entails!
Collaborate with our team on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
Monitor the effectiveness of the treatment approach and modify the program as needed.
Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports accordingly.
Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and other related in-service programs, including client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.
Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings.
Trains and supervises clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback to staff for the direct implementation of ABA interventions
Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
Valid BCBA Certification.
Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
