Job Description

• Lead global demand generation strategy and execution—building integrated programs designed to drive marketing qualified lead growth, improve conversion rates, and accelerate funnel velocity. • Own program-driven funnel performance, aligning channel mix, targeting strategy, content activation, and nurture pathways to increase demand capture and measurable marketing contribution to revenue. • Serve as the operational engine of demand generation, partnering with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Regions to translate strategy into scalable, high-impact global programs. • Partner with Digital Marketing to drive website content development and optimize lead capture, nurture programs, and end-to-end program performance. • Continuously analyze and refine program performance, leveraging engagement metrics, funnel insights, and regional feedback to improve cost efficiency, demand quality, and marketing-attributed revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, global programs, or demand generation
  • Proven ability to lead global positioning and messaging and execute integrated campaigns across regions and channels
  • Experience partnering with product, sales, digital marketing, regional teams, and external agencies to deliver scalable, performance-driven campaigns
