A day in the life.
As our Business Process Coordinator on the National Business Process team, you’ll support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives. This role ensures strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions. The Coordinator acts as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders and workstream leaders.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams

The applicable base salary range for this role is $44,800 to $83,400.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
