Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Four (4) years of additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree (seven (7) total years of relevant experience).
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources including Compensation is required.
- Experience in sales compensation preferred.
- Experience in equity compensation preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g. Workday) preferred.
- Experience with equity administration tool (e.g. E*TRADE) preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
