Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience
- 5+ years in project/program management, technical PM, or analyst roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related major
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring or managing technical teams
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, agile workflows, testing, deployment)
- General cloud and infrastructure literacy (containers, networking, architecture basics)
- Practical fluency with AI tools and core GenAI concepts (prompting, RAG, agents, context windows, operational considerations)
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements-translation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proficient with GitLab, Jira, Confluence
- Strong documentation, facilitation, and enablement orientation
- High adaptability with minimal ramp-up time across missions and technical contexts
