Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or end-user computing environments.
- Strong experience with modern endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or comparable MDM/MAM solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, particularly PowerShell, with additional experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages considered a plus.
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and building automated workflows across enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and technologies used to enhance IT operations and endpoint management.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and device compliance practices.
- Experience working in cloud-first or zero-trust infrastructure environments.
