Job Description
• Responsible for growing membership within existing accounts
• Managing business relationships with client accounts
• Developing and executing tailored retention strategies
• Presenting and negotiating renewals
• Delivering annual reporting to each customer
• Acting as a consultative resource on regulatory and industry changes
• Overseeing aspects of customer account management
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Plan Sponsor/Broker/Consultant Facing Experience
- 2+ Years of Group Medicare experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to think strategically and build meaningful relationships
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Negotiation and Conflict resolution skills
- Project management and multi-tasking skills
- Problem solving ability and thinking outside of the box to find solutions for clients
- Communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
- Must have life and health license for the state you reside or obtain w/in 60 days of employment
