Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development
- Experience in building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms
- Experience in delivering user-centered digital products that enhance member and client experiences
- Experience in supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies
- Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
