Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, as a business analyst, or a related quantitative role
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage complex data sets to generate business insights
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs to measure business processes
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL or another programming language
- Hands-on experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High business acumen and ability to balance competing priorities
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Creative problem-solver with a natural bias toward continuous improvement

The Swing Dispatcher is cross-trained to cover absences across all lines of business within the Dispatch Center, ensuring staffing gaps are covered and site operations are unaffected. When not covering shifts, this role supports ongoing training and mentors new hires through onboarding.
