In this role, you will help clients design their perfect vacations—from selecting the ideal cruise itinerary to curating family-friendly adventures and onboard experiences. If you love travel and enjoy providing exceptional service, this opportunity is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through cruise and family-vacation options, destinations, and packages to create tailored travel experiences.
- Assist with bookings, modifications, payments, and cancellations while following vendor and company guidelines.
- Provide detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, resort stays, and travel requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Deliver a seamless start-to-finish experience—from first inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, client communication, and confirmed bookings.
- Stay current on travel industry trends, promotions, and exclusive partner offers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
- Experience in travel planning, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred (cruise experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms, CRM tools, and social media.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
