You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage full-cycle recruitment for GRC-focused roles. From sourcing to offer, you’ll ensure we hire candidates who not only meet the technical bar—but who are also mission-driven and thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. This is a contracting role with long term potential. Our ideal teammate will hit the ground running and be able to start screening candidates within a very short time period. We have huge hiring goals, and need recruiters who are comfortable and capable of moving quickly and identifying top talent early in the process!
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity roles including GRC analysts, compliance managers, and other related roles.
- Source and vet candidates with deep knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and related security/compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft role requirements, scorecards, and interview processes.
- Manage pipelines and reporting through Workstreet’s internal tools and ATS system (currently Rippling).
- Drive outreach strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and Workstreet’s growing candidate network.
- Stay on top of trends in cloud security, regulatory compliance, and the cybersecurity talent landscape.
- Promote Workstreet’s commitment to building high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or cybersecurity recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- Proven success hiring for roles aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GRC professionals, and other security compliance frameworks.
- Strong sourcing skills and an understanding of technical terminology in security, risk, and infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with modern ATS systems, such as Rippling.
- Bonus: Familiarity with security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) and their relevance to role requirements.
Requirements
- Must be amenable to work US Eastern Time zone hours.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Can start immediately.
Benefits
- Work remotely with a highly collaborative and forward-thinking team.
- Join a mission-driven company focused on aligning people, performance, and culture.
- Competitive pay, flexible schedules, and room to grow.
