Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of sales, territory management, or business development experience in coil coating, rolled steel, metal processing, industrial coatings, or closely related B2B manufacturing segments
- Working knowledge of flat-rolled steel/aluminum supply chain dynamics (service center distribution, OEM consumption, fabricator networks, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort with field-based customer engagement
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience selling into architectural, appliance, industrial, or specialty metal markets (preferred)
- Familiarity with technical performance attributes of coil-coated systems (durability, corrosion resistance, aesthetics, warranties, etc.) (preferred)
- Successful track record in territory growth or new market entry (preferred)
- Strong Aluminum background (preferred)
