Job Description

Position: Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) 

Licensure: Active LICSW license in New Hampshire 

Pay: Starting at $75,000 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (40 hours per week) 

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LICSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. vide

  • Develop and monitor treatment plans 

  • Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources 

  • Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time 

  • Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) 

  • Active LICSW license in New Hampshire is required 

  • Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred 

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours. 

  • Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+ 

  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
