Role Description
As a Channel Improvement Manager, you will drive process improvement and marketing enhancements across our test center network. Responsibilities will include operational, training, and branding projects. This remote role requires regular site visits to your assigned locations and occasional travel to other sites as needed.

- Lead program execution for operations and branding initiatives across North America Test Center Network
- Work with the Training Team to develop and distribute training videos for key processes performed in our test centers.
- Improve test center staff feedback collection methodologies and tools.
- Identify, formalize, and institutionalize best practices at the District Manager level to drive consistency of performance across the Test Center network.
- Serve as the District Manager for at least one Corporate and one Partner Test Center (need to be within 25 miles of at least one of the centers)
- Develop Frequent two-way communication with your direct team, TCMs/TCAs across the testing community and the Test Center Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Must live within 25 miles of an existing full-service test center and 50 miles from a Major International Airport.
- Must be able to travel at least once per month to visit Test Centers to help drive program execution.
Qualifications
- Business degree preferred; college degree required.
- General business acumen and understanding of operational metrics & financial performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset that seeks out opportunities to do things in new and diverse ways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Explorer-web browsing).
- Familiarity and/or experience within a Test Delivery or Ed Tech company is a differentiator.
