Role Description
We’re hiring a technical Community Lead to own our public forum and keep users unblocked. You are hands-on: you can debug, give architecture guidance, and jump on calls when needed. You also build scalable community systems (automation, ambassadors, events) and run the feedback loop into product/support.
- Forum ownership + support routing: ensure every thread gets answered or redirected correctly (docs, support ticket, technical escalation)
- Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock
- Automation + workflows: build systems that make support fast and scalable (macros, templates, AI workflows, routing)
- Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons
- Feedback loop: triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed
Qualifications
- Strong TypeScript (you can actually debug and advise)
- Strong AI skills (prompting, agent workflows, debugging AI behavior)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High-energy, creative, community-first
- Nice-to-have: experience running/scaling an online community

$80k-$180k + equity (depends on seniority, equity, and location)
