Channel Manager
Location: Remote – United States (with strong interest in candidates located in the DC metro area or Southern California)
Role Overview
Kamiwaza is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion across our partner ecosystem. As the primary liaison between Kamiwaza and our Resellers, Service Providers, and Strategic Alliances, you'll own partner relationships end-to-end — from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, deal management, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants to help shape how enterprises adopt next-generation GenAI technology.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners to drive engagement, revenue, and joint sales targets; serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner activities
Develop and execute strategic channel plans to accelerate pipeline generation; identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Kamiwaza's GTM goals — especially those with active AI practices
Negotiate and manage partner agreements and incentive programs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Enable partner sales and technical teams with the knowledge and tools needed to sell Kamiwaza's AI Orchestration solutions; provide ongoing sales and marketing support tied to opportunity stage
Champion the Deal Registration process, ensuring partner compliance, transparency, and timely approvals
Review and approve Market Development Fund (MDF) proposals in collaboration with Marketing and Sales for Reseller and Solution Partner tiers
Proactively identify and resolve channel conflicts to maintain a fair, high-trust partner environment
Monitor and report on partner performance metrics; implement corrective actions and process improvements to maximize channel sales
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive AI landscape to keep the channel strategy sharp
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or sales leadership within B2B technology, SaaS, or AI/IT solutions
Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
Strong business acumen and analytical ability to manage performance data and sales trends
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and partner management tools
Familiarity with distribution models, partner incentive structures, and channel conflict resolution
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Federal channel partners
Background managing channels with a focus on alliance partners and distribution (e.g., HPE, TD SYNNEX, Cisco)

Compensation:
This role offers a base salary between $120,000 and $140,000, plus equity and benefits. Actual compensation will reflect an individual's experience, impact, and location. Our benefits include low-deductible medical plans, flexible time off, and supportive family leave policies.
