Role Description

We're seeking an experienced SDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company.

  • Work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers
  • Manage everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers
  • The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets
  • Success metrics: 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget
  • Be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
