Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and service-focused Work From Home Travel Coordination Advisor to support clients in planning and confirming well-organized travel arrangements. This role centers on communication, documentation, and coordination to ensure each client receives dependable assistance throughout the travel planning process.

  • Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, schedules, and preferences
  • Research destinations, lodging, transportation options, and activities to help build organized travel plans
  • Assist with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records
