Role Description
This role supports a leading foundational AI research lab by contributing domain expertise to projects focused on training and evaluating advanced financial reasoning models.
- Analyze and extract insights from public SEC filings and financial disclosures
- Evaluate AI-generated financial analysis for accuracy and reasoning quality
- Review company financial statements and structured financial data
- Contribute expertise related to equity research methodologies and financial analysis
- Identify gaps or incorrect assumptions in AI-generated financial reasoning
- Provide structured feedback to improve financial understanding in AI systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in equity research at leading financial institutions
- Hands-on experience analyzing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, earnings reports, etc.)
- Strong understanding of public market financial analysis
- Experience extracting insights from financial statements and corporate disclosures
- Strong analytical reasoning and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written communication and structured analytical thinking
- Based in the United States or Canada

- Help shape how AI systems understand financial statements and equity analysis
- Work with a leading AI research lab on high-impact projects
- Flexible remote work with competitive compensation
