Job Description

• Lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs • Own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to design and deploy a scalable HubSpot instance • Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) • Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring • Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack • Support data migration, cleanup, and QA • Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility • Document system architecture and implementation decisions • Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment

Job Requirements

Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise
Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring
Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)
Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA
Strong documentation and handoff discipline
Excellent written and spoken English
Client-facing delivery or consulting experience
HubSpot certifications (Nice to Have)
RevOps or GTM operations background (Nice to Have)
Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) (Nice to Have)
Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards (Nice to Have)
