• Provide enthusiastic support to Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Administrators by handling HR inquiries • Process employee data transactions and assist with benefit enrollment and payroll processing • Understands HR data confidentiality and security policies • Provide exemplary customer service and escalate issues when necessary • Process employee self-service requests such as address changes, tax withholding changes, and benefit enrollments • Conduct routine data audits for accuracy • Troubleshoot basic HRIS, payroll, and benefits application issues • Manage Payroll and Benefits inboxes and respond to inquiries • Assist in project management during mergers and acquisitions
