Job Description
• Coordinate EC’s portfolio of regional engagements across geographies
• Coordinate implementation with regional teams and internal partners as Project Lead for the VCA Grant
• Co-develop and maintain engagement guidelines that clarify roles, expectations, communication norms
• Support clear communication and storytelling about regional engagement progress, lessons learned, and support needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent lived and/or professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience coordinating programs, projects, or partnerships across multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes with strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working across cultures, functions, and time zones
- Comfort using coordination and project-tracking tools and learning new systems quickly
