Job Description

• Work alongside the TA Leader and provide full cycle recruiting for various segments within the enterprise. • Manage a portfolio of positions that range from individual contributor to professional level. • Build and manage relationships across various segments, develops robust candidate pipelines, and facilitates the hiring/onboarding process. • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers and TA team to facilitate the hiring process. • Leverages online recruiting sources and develops and maintains an extensive network of contacts from which to identify and source qualified candidates. • Manages a high volume of positions, and reviews applicants to determine alignment of skills, experience, and knowledge with position requirement. • Conducts candidate phone screens using behavioral based methodologies to assess job fit, technical ability, and cultural orientation, and makes recommendations to management accordingly. • Oversees the scheduling of all interviews for the hiring manager and gathers feedback. • Manages communication with engaged candidates throughout the entire process to include status updates, offer extension, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based applicant tracking system, preferred.
  • Experience working with consultant agencies firms.
  • Healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) experience, preferred.
  • Level 1: Up to two (2) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience (Individual contributor to professional level) required.
  • Level 2: Two (2) to four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience (Individual contributor to professional level) required.
  • Level 3: Minimum of four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience with at least two (2) years focused on executive or senior level hiring required.
  • Proven track record of filling senior/executive roles in the healthcare industry.
