• Own and manage the promotional calendar across retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment to revenue, margin, and profitability goals. • Track promo details including dates, pricing, discounts, and funding. • Produce weekly sales and promo performance reporting. • Analyze promo effectiveness (lift vs baseline, ROI, margin impact). • Monitor and report on competitor promotional activity across key retailers. • Analyze competitor promotional behavior and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize our promotion strategy. • Partner with Finance on promo forecasting, accruals, and actuals. • Collaborate with sales to incorporate promos into forecasts. • Build, improve, and automate reports using Excel and BI tools. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities tied to promotional activity.
